XS architecten is looking for project leader hospitality
With our team we work for the major leading national and international hospitality chains such as KFC, Burger King, New York Pizza, de Beren, Taco Bell and Délifrance. For this we are the party that takes care of the roll-out of their formula by making the designs of the new branches, applying for all permits and supervising the construction partners. We do the drawing partly in-house, but we also work together with major international partners.
Our clients are growing fast and we are growing with them. For one of these large accounts, we are looking for a project leader, who likes to join a streamlined team. You become the linchpin between the franchisor, our drawing partners, the building parties, construction supervisor and the franchisee. Here you monitor all appointments, ensure that everyone has the right information on time and that everything runs within budget and schedule.
You will be on the road a maximum of 2 days a week to the projects, which are located throughout the Netherlands, but Germany and Belgium are also possible.
