Burger King Tilburg

The Task: create a restaurant with a cozy atmosphere within the concept of Burger King Netherlands. The Challenges: – improve the accessibility of the kitchen – create consistency and overview in a space that consists of many corners – Residential commercieel-vastgoed on floor above Solutions: We investigated the possibilities of improving the routing and achieving the desired atmosphere. It became clear that we could make the kitchen more accessible by moving the stairs.

Using BIM we experimented with different design and furniture variations to create a clear overview and consistency. In this way we placed all elements in the right places. A good example of this is the placement of the self-order kiosks within sight of the cash registers. We took the existing sound insulation for the apartments upstairs into account during construction, taking care that nothing was damaged.
