KFC Dordrecht

At the end of 2017, KFC intended to establish a new restaurant in Dordrecht, and the first analysis for this began early 2018. The biggest challenge of this project was designing a space which nicely fitted the internal operation and supported efficient routing. The compact ground floor resulted in a design process in which every millimeter mattered. This puzzle was solved by first designing the core spaces in the kitchen. The dining space was then designed around it, filling any available space and resulting in a playful effect. Without a doubt a unique KFC in a fantastic location in the center of Dordrecht.
