Mango Heerlen

For the new Mango store in the Corio Center in Heerlen, we, as the local architect, had the opportunity to oversee the entire construction process from inception to opening. This began with a 3D scan to establish an accurate existing building situation, which was then used when designing the layout of the store. On behalf of Mango, we also facilitated the transfer of the shell, ensured drawing compliance with the Building Regulations for fire and escape safety, and conducted site inspections during the construction phase. Throughout the entire process, we also arranged the necessary permits in a timely manner and maintained contact with the city council in order to ultimately create an end result that meets both Mango’s requirements and all Dutch building regulations. The store has been open since early November 2023.
