Mango Rotterdam

The Lijnbaan in Rotterdam is a national monument, which means strict requirements apply when it comes to renovations and modifications. Almost all work requires permits. For Mango, we oversaw the internal renovation and modernization of their store and ensured any necessary permits. To accomplish this, we maintained intensive communication with various government departments to obtain approvals from relevant committees. The project was carried out in two phases, during which we collaborated with the contractor to organize their temporary permits. Additionally, we conducted on-site inspections throughout the construction phase.
